ARGH! Stupid stress. Blood sugars down to 5.1, Ketones up to 1.6. Just had blood work done last week... of course, as expected, my cholesterol is up. Doctor wants to "talk" to me about it... i.e. statins! I don't think so Tim!!!

I went through this last time I went full on Keto. Give it 6 months and all my numbers will be in "healthy" zone. I also have to talk to him about getting of blood pressure pills. I'm starting to get dizzy again. If we weren't going thru COVID, I'd have seen him Friday but alas, I have to wait until the end of the month.
94.5 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
