Weight has remained exactly the same for 3 days now. I made the Hubby get on the scale just to recalibrate it & so it was still the same for me. I'm debating on whether or not to play that number. I was feeling very down over the past couple of days until I saw the Fireman's memorial to our brave lost souls of 9/11. Then this morning the news of the expanding fires in CA. My heartfelt prayers go out to them & especially to our FS family & friends out there and in the area. After all this my life doesn't seem so bad after all. God Bless & have a healthy & safe day🙏

Stress causes cortisol levels to rise and it makes us hold on to a lot of water. If I go up 2-3 lbs in a day (but eat at a deficit) I know I am holding on to the water. I would have needed to eat 15000 calories to gain 3 lbs of fat that day. The lbs will come off, just take it easy on yourself and only eat a miiiiild deficit. The weight will drop, I promise.
