I'm pleased to see the scale a little lower today. It is difficult to watch the fluctuations on the scale even when I am being SOOOOO good!!! So, when it dips it gives me a lift!! I now weigh less than I did last year at this time when I finally got brave enough to get on the scale again ...
104.8 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
