lost a pound. wow that was difficult. why can't i be like some people and just have the weight melt off of me. only can think of 3 reasons age,my thyroid which i am on levothyroid and from yoyo dieting i suppose. I just got over my period so i was bloated for a few days. Yesterday i was trying to do a raw foods day which i almost made it through the entire day of smoothie and fruits and veges but after i did jillians 20 minute shred i had to eat something solid cause i had the shakes. i barely made it through that video again i can't really do the push ups and i had to stop a few times but i pushed through it otherwise im sure thats the reason for the 1 pound loss. i feel like im going to die after that workout. but i am not as sore as the last time i did the workout so i suppose i can do it again today.
1st goal of 155 here i come!!!

Losing 0.6 kg a Week

A pound in 5 days is actually quite a good rate too lose! If you're losing more than 2 lbs a week, it's probably not fat you're losing. Be patient and you will see the results!
