24 more days with this "extended cut" phase. Happy with the progress this year in comparison to the previous 2 years I've cut. This year with the weight loss, I've been able to maintain/improve strength with exercises and not have to drop weight because I am cutting. I'm guessing that since I've taken a more patient approach to cutting this year, I am able to have better results as a whole rather than just having one side of the coin (the look but no strength).
I'm also enjoying the routine I'm currently using as well. Gets me up early again, includes cardio and weight training (+ 1 rest day 😅).
62.0 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
