Doing Super :-) Sure things pop into my brain that get to me, but I've been reading a positivity book and one thing it suggest is if you start thinking of something that gets you down, that you really have no control over, to say 'cancel' to yourself and put that thought out. Sometimes it takes a couple 'clicks' on that cancel button for my brain to get it out of there, at least for the moment but it seems to work and mostly it keeps me aware of what is happening before the 'point of no return'! Mostly, I put it 'in another file cabinet' for now, since what has been creeping in there is something I've decided I would deal with at a later date. Right now I cannot control nor do I wish to push it. Yup you guessed it; it is the 'ghost situation'. OK, Ok, I know me talking about it here may show that it is still in my brain. Well, Duh! It will be there but writing about it here does help reinforce that this is something out of my control, "so let it go, for now" (I talk to myself alot, that also helps :-) SO Cancel!
Back to my woe & wol. I thought I might have overdid it yesterday and since I haven't done my exercises, walks or bike rides I wasn't sure what to expect when I stepped on the IT box. WOW, was I excited :-) Yesterday was my PV day so today is PP Day. I'm going to try to get a walk or bike ride out there today also. It will be raining all day but there might be a short window that I could get out there. Oh and I am going to a super church thrift store, that is my highlight of the week! It has been closed since March so I am excited to see what 'treasures' I can find :-)
