Maintenance is only a dream for me because in my life I never stayed at the blue line for very long. I realize this time around I am not doing it for the number as this is only a small part of it. I am happier when I am in control and am feeling healthier because my body is thanking me for feeding and exercising it well. I can have my cake and eat it too, just not as much.
