Under 440 for the first time in a long while. Still grinding daily making sure to get at least 45 minutes of cardio in daily and adding in some strength training as well.

My thighs and calves have gotten a lot more muscular in the last month or so from riding my exercise bike.
198.9 kg Lost so far: 40.1 kg.    Still to go: 71.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Trish 54 it is definitely great exercise. A co-worker and myself have been pushing each other to both get into better shape. I have far more to lose than him but it's been good for us both.
