unexpected. I've been pretty careful. and pretty active. heading pout of town tomorrow. not sure I'll be able to weigh myself for a week after Monday. Maybe that's good. it's so upsetting when my weight increases despite everything.
65.6 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
