I threw caution to the wind yesterday. Spent the day with a close friend from the past. We had Mr. and Mrs. crab for lunch and then cheesecake for dessert I hadn’t seen my friend in 15 years.Today is a new day. I get to start over. I am all out of cake I hid all the cookies. I feel pretty good.
77.0 kg Lost so far: 30.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
