YIPPPEEEEE I've FINALLY got below 170! Even though IT (the square box that registers my poundage) only showed just below 170 at 169.8 HEY I'll take it. Super incentive to start day 1 of FF (Fat Fast). Gee I'm not too excited about this FF. Had my breakfast, snack & lunch already. BUT I think I can manage for 3-5 days on it to JUMP start my downward trend :-) Also feeling better today since I went to the Chiropractor yesterday to fix my left butt cheek! Had a problem with my hip and bone rubbing on bone. Still has some pain but not like it was. I'll go back Tues for another session then maybe that will fix it! AND next week I'm also going to get my hair cut! So I am trying to take care of ME! I'll try to write more tonight or tomorrow. I might venture out on the beach if the gentleman is out there that was yesterday evening doing Tai Chi :-)
