Another dip down. Still not as low as I was last week but at least it didn't go up again. I keep telling myself it is the long haul that is important not the short run. I wonder when I'll believe it!!
106.0 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
