Third 2-week diet! Started walking on the treadmill last week before work. Trying to get in more exercise and drink more water. Started intermittent fasting as well. No eating late and snacking. No alcohol. 😖
107.7 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 41.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
