Another "up" day which totally baffles me. Yesterday I burned 1000 calories on my exercise machine. Scrubbed the bathroom floor and shower, and did other housework and followed my diet to a "t" and I gained weight? Good grief ... this is tiresome!!
106.9 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 23.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
