Finally! Ketone levels are up and I'm burning fat! YAY!! Dropped my protein and it seems to have done the job. Less than 10lbs to go to ONEderland.
94.9 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
