I lost 8 pounds the first week. I lost 1 pound the last 13 days despite following my diet. I'm so discouraged.
119.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You’re doing great! Maybe you could increase your fiber and water intake, but I think what you’re doing is great! Definitely better than going the opposite way. You got this! Keep going!

keep up the hard work! The scale didn't move as much as the way my clothes fit better at first :)
