doing 310 shakes for lunch and eating a low carb dinner. trying to limit carbs to 50 a day. but even if i can do 3 days low carb then have one or two cheat days - it seems to be working.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.2 kg a Week
