Not too bad coming off of vacation. I have been getting back into the routine of exercise this week. How does the day get away from me so easily? I start the day with great expectations that I will get all my exercise in and yet some days it just doesn't happen. I know part of that is because of my work hours in the summer. Today is a new day to try again.
76.8 kg Lost so far: 22.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
