Today I weighed in and I am down to 202. So very excited. I took my son to his doctor this morning and he is down 16lbs in two months!! I am so very proud of him.

91.6 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg. Still to go: 23.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 3.2 kg a Week
