Slowly but surely! 😊 I haven't done cardio for 2 weeks. Just weight training, squats and a few core strengthening exercises. So this is a nice change of pace. 💪🏽🤘🏼😁
150.1 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 36.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I will definitely stay motivated and consistent. Especially, since I'm enjoying it. I love that I can feel the aches in specific areas. Muscles I never knew I had lol. 🤣 Thanks for all the support guys & gals. 😊🤘🏼
