a lot of info on keto diet..but which one is right?
I have one here-76 grams of fat(45%)
47 grams of fat(13%)
158 grams of protein (42
%)
I am 67 low activity and need to be 180 lb.
96.8 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
