maybe weight gain was due to no exercise yesterday..carbs proteins and fat were ok yesterday.i
97.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You won't gain a pound and a half from not exercising once. It's either liquid or a fluctuation. Don't even trip dog....
