No change today! Ill take it!
I went over in Cals a little more than I would like, but I was pretty active yesterday too. I was close to my Protein and Carb goals, but over in Fat. Plus I had a couple of Godivas that I didnt log so I know it will be higher than that.
I mowed last night even though I didnt want to, and the yard looks so nice. It was satisfying. We did a deck of cards workout on lunch yesterday and Im feeling it today. Since we all did them together before flipping a new card, and Im slow, I skipped a few reps of Burpees and Sit-ups. I did almost all of them though and Im feeling it today. I wanted to do some yoga today on lunch but Im worried that Ill aggravate my shoulder. Im going to the gym tonight and Im planning to keep it light.
