Lost 1.2 of the two pound gain from Monday. Thankfully, I've learned to trust the process. I bumped up my liquids since I was having leg cramps and might have been dehydrated. I was drinking a lot but not enough. If I follow the rule of .5-1 ounce/pound of body weight, I need to be drinking 20-40 glasses of water a day (150-300 ounces/day or 4.5 - 6 liters). I made a 2 liter jug of electrolytes and BCAA powder and I'm going to track my water intake today (including the ice cubes since every drop counts).
141.6 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 46.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
