It worked. Drank almost 4 liters of tea yesterday. Swelling gone.
Lesson learned - drink 3-4 liters a day instead of 2.
140.0 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 84.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
