Went over my cals yesterday, and didnt make my macros but I logged it all and thats a start! I picked up a few things at the store to help start my day better and have some high protein snacks so Im looking forward to those.

Went to the gym last night and it was a great workout. I keep thinking my shoulder is fine and then it feels weird the next day. I have been keeping the weights lower though, and dropping if I need to. I cant tell if Im over doing it though, it feels sore but not painful. Im signed up for the endurance class tonight but I might cancel. Im doing yoga on lunch so hopefully that will help.
