High carbs not accurate ate only the chicken from the Mcchicken McDonald’s sandwich
History reviewed started this app on Oct 22,2011 @ 172.2lbs lowest weight ever recorded Dec 20, 2011 @162lbs. I’m going to crush this. Almost a decade of being over 160lbs. Goal in 2011 loose weight for 2012 Cancun maya riviera trip. A tough night. Felt really weak/sick/headache. Perhaps too much exercise did 30 flights x 11 stairs and 12,000 steps or the food combination. I was really tired too. After dinner ate 6 blackberries and some lemon custard.
83.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
