Well exercise still increased 20,000 plus steps a day. Eating better and into most size 12’s so going well regardless of scale #

A long week. Noom going well but still lots of red foods. Steps at 20k plus a day and it’s helping. Period came so that didn’t help but it’s now almost done. Nighttime snacking at 8:30/9:00 still an issue

Up and down week. Increased steps to 20k per day.
Need more toning and intensity. Food ok but too many reds in Noom and sweets. Inches down as I got into come size 12 and shorts size xl and 14 are too big

Well 2 weeks into Noom. Increasing exercise & feeling better. Recording good daily shows the issues. My last period lasted longer-7 days and it was heavy and long but I cramps just head. Blood clots we big.
