Cooking pork chops & saurkraut with baby golden potatoes on the side as I type this. Went to the store today. Lonnie's big burrito has inspired me to cook a chicken enchilada recipe I've made in the past. I bought the ingredients today and I think it's on the menu tomorrow night. I forgot to look at the recipe bef I re I went out & was buying from memory. I need more sour cream so will need to get it tomorrow. I'm lowering the calories by using Extreme Wellness tortillas. (50 calories each)
