Ok - bad weekend - went over points and calories Fri, Sat and Sun!
Mostly due to wine and cocktails -
Getting back on track today - I hope!!
Did my wii fit for an hour - I was 2 pounds up before I worked out but only 1/2 pound after so that is the weight I am counting - haha!

74.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
