Slowly but surely getting there.

I did BodyPump twice last week and already twice this week with another class planned in the morning. Between BP and my squat challenge last month, I am really beginning to notice a difference.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
