No weigh ins over the weekend. I was busy and kinda forgot to do it. Its fine though. I worked out on Saturday with a HIIT and then PiYo. Then I did some yard work in the heat and was just done. It really zapped me. Yesterday was stormy for the first part of the day and hot for the latter. I didnt do much, but I did binge New Girl on Netflix. I dont watch much TV so its nice when I find something enjoyable and just spend the day hanging out.

117.5 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
