wow! again 2 pounds - normally i do not weigh myself more than once a week but I've followed my plan 100% and it's incredible - 2 pounds again today. Monday I weighed 177 and today I weigh 173 - I feel so much better. I'm trying to document this so when I 'fall off' I'll be able to get back on... simple challenge - just eat 'clean' nothing process (my exception is salad dressing) for 3 days. Then see how you feel. and I feel so much better! I'm also going to try and record exactly what I've eaten so I know what to do next time... because there's always a 'next time'. :)
78.6 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I find that when I eat clean & avoid processed foods I too feel better. For me it has been a way to manage pain associated with a neck problem I have. Nothing else has worked & I'm not interested in being heavily medicated. The added health benefits are one big bonus :)
