Wow... I guess working out hard and really sticking to the plan provides results. I’m not regretting not “sample” eating those meatballs that weren’t my dinner..
GOAL: 227 (3lb loss/wk)
RESULTS: 224.5 (5.5lb loss)
Let’s see how this levels out next weigh day..!!!!!
First well is always my highest.. stay on target..
101.8 kg Lost so far: 23.4 kg.    Still to go: 38.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
