I hope you understand what I meant to say. It seems strange what I said... Sorry! 😁 I mean that because of your size, I know a pound lost for you as a very big amount. It is more significant than if I went down a pound... Your pound probably takes just as much work and effort as my work to drop 4.❤️

Oh good! I made some sense! Keilin, my youngest daughter is much smaller than her two sisters and me. She is 20 and is terribly frustrated that when she puts on even a tiny bit of weight it shows, and to get it off is tougher than for her sisters to drop the same weight. We are cheering for you, our little friend! 😁

Yes Melissa, understood 😁. I have lost about 8 pounds lately I am am seeing a great difference in my body. Your daughter is right. I feel like the last pounds I want to get rid of are the hardest, because my appetite increases, my body thinks that I am in starvation mode or something jaja. Thank you for all the compliments 😘

When you are too small you don't need to weight "that much " to be fat 😐. Sometimes I get frustrated because I don't feel good fat, but I don't feel good "skinny-fit" I wish I was tall ☹

Draglist, thank you, you are sweet😊. It's not a huge loss but it is still a loss and I am happy with it. It has taken me too long to be back to the horse.🥵

Keilin, I know what you mean about being small & how small amounts can make you feel fat. I've been about 20 lbs overweight, at least what I consider a good weight for myself. But if I complain about it I usually hear "what are you complaining about?" because 20 lbs doesn't seem like much to people who are more overweight. But it matters. I've lost about 15 of those lbs, am about 4 - 5 lbs away from my goal weight. And yeah, these are going to be the hardest lbs to lose. Thank you for sharing!
