Weight is up but my body fat percentage has finally dropped to the next percentage range 🙌🏻. I over-indulged last night with the margaritas, wine, and banana pudding....I ingested a lot of sodium yesterday too. Overall I feel fantastic, and can really see the changes in my physique. Started round two of Beachbody’s Barre Blend program, finished Week 1 Day 4 earlier this morning. Totally slayed the workout - a far cry from the first time I did the same workout just over 2 months ago. Yeah, definitely happy with it progress.
