Yoga at lunch, Pump before dinner. Im pretty sore today.

I had a huge, reckless breakfast this morning so it looks like Im not over my IDGAF bad mood. Someday Ill realize that Im only hurting myself. Ugh.
116.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 34.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
