not weighing in but will keep using diary to record my progress and meals. unfortunate accident being run over by car and foot getting caught in the wheel. in plaster and crutches. today is day 2. I can easily practice intermittent fasting, my appetite is very low and since I am not moving around calorie burn is negligible. I will look out for some upper body workouts.
67.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I admire you still keeping up your exercise with upper body which obviously is your first thought on how you can get round not being able to walk or move so hat off to you and I wish you a speedy recovery without any pain well done 👏👏👏
