I’ve been taking it easier so feeling better. Got the holter monitor put on an hour ago so I’ll feel like crap later. I need to induce the same symptoms while wearing this thing. Gym routine is going to be way off so that I can get in squats, deadlifts, bench, everything that brings on a symptom. May even try for a run (I’m NOT a runner lol) after the gym if I have time before dark. May have to throw in cardio at the gym instead. Something to get the heart rate above 150.
