No working out for the next two weeks. I pulled a muscle in my side coughing because that makes total sense.
No working out. No running. Just resting. I am so bad at resting.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 38.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh no... I am so sorry. That is beyond frustrating, but surely temporary... Thank goodness. After a couple days of being back at it, you'll be right back to your former level. Muscles remember very well.
