Had our anniversary dinner last night. Went to the Blue Water and had Calamari, Mahi Mahi, then cheese cake. Didnt do the best yesterday but only gained about .5 a lb. Hopefully that will be it and getting back on track with my calories will start showing a good result
103.0 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

yesterday wasn't much better for me either. Went to Bunco last night which is always a killer for diets. Oh well today is another day and the good news is anniversaries only come about once a year
