I still did some of my old habits....cookies at tea time....but we are cutting out eggs, cheese, yogurt, pizza, mac and cheese, pudding, hot cocoa and mudslides. There's a lot of good food left, blueberries, Luna bars, soy milk with chocolate syrup, soy yogurt, water and bananas! I did Curves-type circuit and treadmill until my knee hurt. luv, mary
71.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
