I thought I would switch things up a bit and do the 3 Day military diet that should help restart my metabolism and cut back a few calories. I am getting all the foods together today and I will start it tomorrow. Saturday June 27th start date.
86.9 kg Lost so far: 18.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I found the military diet on YouTube search. They have every kind of diet you can imagine. This is very low calorie for 3 days. It claims 10 lb in 3 days, but I don't go by that. I'm just looking at the difference of food and calorie count. Hoping it makes a difference. I'll make a post and let you know in 3 days. Thanks everyone for your support.

I've done it many times. it's not meant for long term but more for when you have to fit a dress in a few days or a reunion or weigh in

Take a look at my post for the day. I started that military diet and I did not like it. I gained weight, not lost.
