Doing well. Lots of weight gain from last week really - the weigh-in wasn't done the other day, I just did the diet tip and it recorded the same weight. But I know I'll go down now in weight as I believe the scale was even higher a few days ago... Yikes! So much weight gain from one lousy meal especially and then the next day's leftovers...I'm glad I don't live with people it would be worse. I feel bloated this morning... I need to get to 190.4 by March 1 for challenge! I can do this...
90.9 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You CAN do this!! And.. we're gonna do this together!! I'd like to see 145-150 by March. We'll just give it 110% and reap the benefits! Ready?!?!?!

That weight gain might be mainly water retention. Drink your water and flush it out. Hang in there!
