Day 9 -went to Costco picked up a few things. lifting up those large case's of water is not fun . Still have some stuff to do around the house. How's everyone doing out there ? Hope you're all having an awesome day and reached your goals

Hi Eric, Picking up the water cases is not fun, but you are on the right track. Just a little note. I finally figured out how to send messages, you have to be on a desktop, not an app on the phone. When you sign in, your home page displays, and your inbox and outbox shows up. Keep drinking that water, it really does make a difference.

@donleonard- I wouldn't mind lifting the water so much if my lower back didn't hurt me as much ...lol I def drink a ton a of water . Right now I'm just trying to get into a groove with the diet. I know it's gonna take time that's why I'm only setting small goal's for myself so I don't get discouraged... Anyways hope you're having a great day
