Woke at 208, actually went under my weight GOAL !!! Went to GYM as it finally opened and did weight and cardio, for got to eat dinner as we went to play pickleball, very hot out and sweated a lot can barely move my arms today, but enough so I can pick my nose if I have to..Leg cramps all night, sure it was workout and pickleball, drank some pickle juice to get rid of cramps, and U'm D O N OK
94.3 kg Lost so far: 99.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
