My back is still painful, saw the chiropractor and that's ok. Getting dressed and in and out of the car are awful. All I want is comfort food! Trying to stay on track but barely moving.
78.7 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
