What an awful weekend! I ate everything I wanted and drank wine and fell off the keto plan I'm on...wow..what a mess!
AND I hurt my back trying to pick up my 600 lb motorcycle when it fell off its sidestand!!arrrrrggghhh. I know better too. Now I can't exercise, work out or even shop for my proper food. OK! SO! I am rejoining this week's challenge and will do the best I can and record everything. I wish you all the best week of your journey to wellness and include myself. May we all be well! Blessings!
