Keeping calm in the midst of chaos. Cardio has been my meditation of choice. Rhythmic controlled breathing brings me a calm peace and I am able to face my day with a smile despite of the negative things going on around me. Living with Joy, allowing myself to present kindness to myself and others. Change your thoughts, change your habits, change your mind, change your body, change your life. TOWANDA!!!!!!
