Who would have thought that the once a month chocolate craving/pms would be substituted with doritos and grape jello? At least my weight hasn't budge any. I haven't lost but I haven't gained so there is no hard feelings to myself like there would have been 12 months ago when I first started out on this thing. I think the main thing I have learnt through this whole weight loss process is that although the loss is nice and I am feeling good about myself, it's alot easier this time around when I have a supportive husband who compliments me on the changes and tells me not to be so hard on myself when I start being negative. Either that he just realizes I'll complain regardless and does the old classic "yes dear" to shut me up...lol Time to get motivated to shovel the snow...yay!
84.4 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats on your weight loss so far! You are so close to your goal! Woohoo!! I am just starting this journey so I have a lot farther to go ... still trying to master that exercise routine and get it incorporated into my life. That's the biggest challenge for me right now. Other than that my eating is pretty consistent, I just need to burn those calories.
